As a wife, mom, minister and former English teacher, Tammy has an incomparable skillset that makes her a true asset to both clients and vendors. She is a natural leader and visionary who gives extreme attention to detail to ensure each couple has an extraordinary experience. Kalli has been obsessed with weddings and all things celebratory since she could walk. As she entered adulthood, she found herself in the middle of planning fun and memorable events. Kalli's naturally creative side and professional finance experience combined make her both a design and logistics boss behind the scenes for her clients. Kalli is a wife and mother of three, so between events she enjoys taking a moment to herself to enjoy quiet time alone. Kalli's heart is happy when in the midst of the hustle and bustle of planning. She gets so much joy preparing her couples to walk down the aisle.

Audra is a hopeless romantic and simply loves love! She's been a member of the BTV team for over a decade. Audra greets everyone with a smile and bubbly personality. Whether it's alphabetizing escort cards, pinning a boutonnière, lighting candles, or greeting guest, Audra does it with grace and joy! Audra is truly skilled at hyping up the guys while calming the girls. Audra is a fiancee, mother of two and even a grandmother, though she doesn't look it. She has a background in management and IT, and is our resident geek. Her excitement for wedding day duties sets the mood for the whole team.

Our Process

We'll have an initial consultation call to meet and learn more about your needs and dreams. We also want to learn where you're at in the process and discuss, which services would best suit your needs. We'll follow up with a proposal.

Once you decide you'd like to move forward, we'll send you a contract requesting your review, signature, and payment.

Once the contract and payment are received, we'll schedule another meeting to go further in-depth about your wedding needs, budget, style, and more.

We'll present you with a customized planning guide and schedule another meeting to review it, which is when we'll discuss if any adjustments need to be made.

From there, we begin scheduling your venue and vendor meetings and begin wedding planning!
